Subcritical steam injection boiler
Since 1986, the (General Machinery Plant) Sanjack Petro’s former has obtained the qualification for manufacturing Class I and II pressure vessels.
Now the SANJACK ‘s special equipment has the national A2 level (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ) pressure vessel manufacturing qualification; D-level pressure vessel design qualification; A-level boiler manufacturing, installation, alteration, repair & maintenance qualification; American Society of Mechanical Engineers ( ASME) U and S stamp qualifications.
Water treatment device of Sanjack is applied with the advanced ion exchange water softening technology and vacuum deaeration technology in order to provide continuous and reliable softened water for the steam injection boiler.
1.Water Softening Device
The water softening device uses positive ions (sodium) to exchange the calcium and magnesium ions to soften the water. These equipments are designed into two levels and two groups to assure the nonstop operation of the equipment.
Water hardness ≤400mg/l
Level 1 outlet hardness＜3mg/l
Level 2 outlet hardness 0mg/l
Periodic water production＞400 m3
2.Vacuum deoxidization Device
Vacuum deoxidization is the best method for oxygen evolution in the water, It is characteristic of simple structure, convenient operation and high efficient.
Vacuum degree: 0.095～0.098 Mpa
Inlet pressure: 0.5MPa
Oxygen content in water: ＜0.01mg/l
