Ball seat assemblies in underground pumps are likely to be subjected to more severe workloads on a continuous basis than any other component in the pump. No pump part is more important than this, and even slight wear on the balls or valve seats can cause an immediate drop in pump efficiency.
Sanjack pump quality begins with the careful selection of materials for each grade of ball and seat to meet the intended service conditions. Before packaging, each ball-and-seat combination is vacuum tested to ensure a perfect seal is obtained in all positions of contact. Sanjack ball-and-seat valves are made to meet or exceed the Intl Standard Specification.
According to different needs, Sanjack provides users with high-carbon and high-chromium stainless steel and carbide valve pairs, with high-quality substrates and precision machining. Factory products are 100% physical test and sealing performance test according to Intl Standard and GB/T 18607 standards.
Carbide valve pair: Made of high-quality tungsten-cobalt and tungsten-cobalt-titanium alloys, the hardness can reach 88HRA~90.5HRA, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, liquid-resistant, and stable in harsh working conditions.
