Vacuum Insulation Tubing & Casing
- Advanced 3-level vacuum pump, automatic welding machine and online radiographic, magnetic particle inspection could achieve the vacuum high degree and high insulation class (grade D, E).
- It is the perfect quality control and strict material selection that guarantee the lifespan in the industry leading level.
Vacuum Insulated Tubular is one of the essential equipment for the steam injection heavy oil recovery. It could help more heat enter the oil layer through the insulated tubing steam injection. Thus the steam at the bottom of the well can be drier, realizing the enhanced production for the heavy oil.
It could help protect the casing and cement sheath from damage caused by the high temperature deformation, and meanwhile increase the casing lifetime.
Sanjack owns 10-year history and experience in manufacturing vacuum tubing and casing, with the stable and reliable quality.
Sanjack is endowed with 2 seamless steel pipe production lines, 3 VIT tubing production lines, 7 tubing & casing processing lines and 2 steel pipe upsetting lines. It reaches the one million meters production capacity annually.
The products have been installed a lot in many China oilfields and exported to Canada, Oman, Kazakhstan and etc. In Shengli Oilfield, Sanjack Vacuum Insulated Tubular enjoys over 80% market share in 3 years consecutively.
- For conventional thermal recovery under 380℃ and supercritical environment of 400℃;
2. 1500 meters well depth can be reached;
- With good quality control system, 85% of grade E, and the rest are grade D.
- Been exported to Canada, Kazakhstan, Oman.
- Internal connection, External connection and Direct connection
- Stable and reliable quality. 100% Defect detective prior to delivery.
Insulation Type
Sanjack Vacuum Insulated Tubular has a variety of heat insulation materials, and currently mainly use aerogel and Gridding Cloth Aluminium Foil.
Aerogel is a nanoporous solid state material. Due to its low density, aerogel is well-known as the lightest solid material in the world. Aerogels owns the prominent properties in thermal, acoustic, optical and mechanical fields for its fine nano porous structure and large surface area. Aerogel insulation felt, made of special fiber yarn as the base material, is prepared by nano composite process. It is mainly used for heavy oil high temperature insulation steam injection pipeline and the insulation of the refinery device medium pipeline. The general temperature is between 200~500℃. Aerogel products, with light weight and excellent hydrophobicity rate of over 98% and neutral pH value, will not corrode the heat preservation pipeline, thus prolonging the service life and reducing the future maintenance cost.
