Super Heavy Oil Injection And Production Downhole Pump
Super Heavy Oil Injection And Production Downhole Pump
Cyclic steam stimulation is an effective way to recover heavy oil with convenient operation and low risk. Each well can be operated for five to eight cycles, with oil recovery rates of up to 3% to 8% and oil recovery rates of 10% to 20%, resulting in the loss of recoverable reserves. The effective heating radius of steam stimulation is less than 30m.
Super Heavy Oil Injection and Production Downhole Pump can be used for both steam injection and oil recovery.
All metal heavy oil pipe fluid filling pump maximizes the flow area of the whole pump. The increased fluid passage (up to 44%) improves pump filling and plunger lowering, thereby increasing heavy oil production. The pump combines a heavy-duty construction with the maximum bore of any given tubing size to maximize production. The one-piece pump barrel discards the joint with high fault under load, and is precisely honed from one end to the other to ensure that the plunger has a perfect hole diameter and maximize the pumping efficiency.
Features, advantages and benefits of these pumps include:
• Components available in a variety of materials so that the pump can be customized for any environment for maximum cost efficiency and pump life.
• A variety of unique pump accessories extend the range of pump applications, providing greater versatility, adaptability and value.
• Full-barrel with stroke-through design accommodate the largest bore of any max bore size for increased throughput.
• Heavy-wall, one-piece cartridges with special cartridge joints provide a reliable seal and superior assembly strength and stiffness for operation in the harshest environments.
• Full barrel, stroke design has the largest bore for any tube size to maximize throughput.
These pumps are recommended for the following applications:
• Heavy-oil wells
• Wells where greater capacity is needed in a given tubing size
• Deep wells
• Wells of moderate depth with severe pumping conditions
• Wells with scale problems
