RM Pumping Unit
The RM pumping unit is designed on the basis of the traditional beam pumping unit. It can change the up and down stroke time of the pumping unit and is suitable for heavy oil production.

On the basis of the traditional beam pumping unit, the RM (reverse marking) pumping unit has optimized the structure of the four-bar pumping unit and designed the out-of-phase angle on the crank. The operation of the conventional beam pumping unit is limited by its own structure, which has low stability, low efficiency and high energy consumption. RM pumping units with different crank phase angles require different up and down stroke times. The longer the upstroke time, the lower the average speed of the horse’s head, which can increase the fill factor of the lower pump and extract more oil for the same unit of energy consumption. It’s more efficient and uses less energy.
The RM pumping unit changed the connection between the beams, and the tail of the beams was at a 20° Angle. According to the calculation, the structure can make the four-bar mechanism of the pumping unit run more stably, reduce the impact force of the load on the connecting bolt, and ensure the service life under the maximum impact load.
