Sanjack Group has 8 pipe threading lines, 2 upsetting lines (the first upsetting line in Chinese oilfield OCTG tubing Manufacturers), 1 domestic advanced steel pipe full length heat treatment line, 1 surface rust removal line and NDT line.
Sanjack Group produces 120,000 tons of OCTG tubing annually for domestic and international markets. Each OCTG joint is manufactured according to the Intl certificate that Sanjack Group obtained 10 years ago.
With the help of high-tech testing tools, Sanjack Group adopts strict quality inspection to ensure all the OCTG products meet customer requirements.
The quality is stable and reliable. Size of Sanjack seamless casing covers 4-1/2’’to 20’’ and material grade covers H40, J55, K55, N80, L80, C95, P110, 13Cr etc. The thread options available include STC, BTC, LTC.
The Intl Certification for Tubing, Casing and Coupling were first issued in 2000 and remain valid through 8 audits in 2003, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014,2016 and 2019.
