Sanjack has been 23-year experience in manufacturing tubing and casing. The thread upsetting production line was set up in 1999 and the Sanjack premium thread was designed in 2011. Sanjack has the stable and reliable product quality, with the annual production capacity of about 100,000 tons. The products has been exported to the U.S.A, Canada, Venezuela, India Kazakhstan and etc.
Sanjack is one of the leading manufacturers of OCTG tubing in China. Sanjack is equipped with 8 thread processing lines, 2 upsetting lines (the 1st upsetting line among oil field tubing Manufacturers in China), 1 leading domestic steel pipe overall heat treatment line, 1 surface rust removal line and NDT line. 120,000 tons of OCTG tubing could be produced every year for its domestic and international markets. Every OCTG tubing is manufactured as per the Intl certification that was granted 10 years ago. Sanjack has been implementing the strict quality inspection with the high-tech test tools to ensure each OCTG tubing compliance to the customer requirements. The available Sanjack seamless casing range from 4-1/2’’to 20’’ with material grades H40, J55, K55, N80, L80, C95, P110, 13Cr etc. The thread options available include STC.BTC.LTC.
