The isodiametric plunger tubing pump is an alternative to traditional pumps. The isodiametric plunger tubing pump is an alternative to traditional pumps. By optimizing and improving the structure of the conventional tubing pump, the downhole pump not only has all the characteristics of the conventional pump, but also can prevent the plunger stuck, the pump barrel wear and other failure problems, and effectively prolong the production cycle of the oil well.
In view of the problem that conventional oil wells are not suitable for sand production wells, the equal-diameter plunger oil well (see figure for the structure diagram) has been innovated, and the original equal-diameter sand scraping plunger structure is adopted, which fundamentally eliminates the phenomenon of sand plugging, and the plunger The sand storage environment of the pump barrel is sanding, and the relative movement of the plunger and the liquid flow makes it have self-cleaning characteristics.
There is no obvious difference between the working principle of oil well pump and conventional pump, but the unique features are:
① Anti-sand and anti-sand grinding.
During the extended stroke, the plunger moves upward. Due to sand scraping and chamfering, the sand near the inner wall of the pump barrel can be effectively scraped into the plunger cavity, eliminating the difference between the ordinary oil well pump plunger and the pump barrel. The hard squeezing friction formed by sand compaction can effectively prevent the sand from clogging the plunger. In addition, because the probability of sand particles entering the oil well pump seal pair is reduced and wear is reduced, the service life of the plunger and the pump barrel can be maximized, and the production cycle of the oil well can be extended.
② Self-cleaning properties.
During the downstroke, it not only has the effect of scraping sand downward, but as the plunger descends, relative to the movement of the plunger, the discharged well fluid can wash away the small amount of sand accumulated near the plunger discharge port for the next upstroke. stroke. To ensure the plunger operates in an optimally clean environment, sand is automatically flushed to prevent it from clogging the plunger.
③ Significantly reduce costs.
The equal-diameter plunger pump has the effect of prolonging the production cycle of the oil well at the price of the conventional pump. This saves a lot of well production material costs and production operation costs
