1.Working Principle
The inner pipe is fixed on the base of the pumping unit, the nut of the ball screw is fixed on the top of the inner pipe, and the ball screw is connected to the motor through an elastic coupling and is fixed on the outer pipe. The motor drives the ball screw to rotate, and the ball screw converts the rotating motion into up and down linear motion, so as to drive the beam to swing up and down through the outer tube to realize the oil return of the pumping unit.
2.Safety Rod Structure
When the equipment is in normal operation, the spring keeps the prepressure, supports the inner tube of the safety rod, and the outer tube of the safety rod follows the movement of the stepping beam; When stopped, the rod pin is safely inserted into the inner tube to lock the inner tube and outer tube, thus locking the pumping unit.
During the operation, stop at the designated location at the wellhead. Put a smooth rod clamp on the smooth rod and electric cylinder. When it stops working, the spring acts to move the tail of the beam.

3. Balance Adjustment Structure
