Two-channel fixed valve of oil pipe pump: the valve seat is installed on the oil port of the compression joint, the valve ball is installed in the fixed valve seat to couple the sealing contact, the high-pressure valve port in the middle of the valve seat, and the high-pressure valve port is evenly surrounded by multiple low-pressure valve ports to form high pressure channel and low pressure channel. The valve ball is pressed at the high pressure and low pressure valve ports at the same time.

The compression joint is provided with a high pressure channel and a low pressure channel, which are respectively connected to the high pressure valve port and the low pressure valve port of the high pressure and low pressure double flow channel structure of the valve seat. The fixed valve adopts the scientific jet pumping principle design. The fixed valve ball is used to close and open two channels at the same time to realize the function of stratified oil recovery. It can not only effectively control the return pressure from the high pressure layer to the low pressure layer, but also make full use of the energy of the high pressure layer. The jet can absorb the liquid flow in the low-pressure layer and fully tap the potential of the low-pressure and low-water-cut reservoir. It only needs to be simply combined with the conventional tubular pump to realize the stratified oil recovery effect of the sub-pump mixed pump and the double-acting pump.
