The double plunger oil injection and production well pump is a national patented product of Sanjack, which can realize the integrated operation of steam injection and oil production. It is not necessary to replace the oil well pump during oil production, which greatly reduces the operating cost of oil site.
Sanjack also developed the oil well pumps with various processes of boronizing, nitriding, chrome plating, tungsten plating for special well conditions, and is able to provide customers with customized service of oil well pump.
Rod pump adopts double plunger mechanical valve structure, suitable for cold recovery of heavy oil with viscosity below 4000mPa•S and production of oil well with high gas content.
This product solves the problem of slow opening and closing of the travel valve in heavy oil wells and gas wells, improves the efficiency of the pump and prolongs the service life of the pump.
Double plunger injection-production pump is suitable for single-well steam huff and puff thermal recovery of heavy oil.
Simple and fast, and two steps of steam injection and oil recovery can be realized in one operation.
The pump injection and pumping conversion is simple and quick, the plunger can be lowered to the bottom to perform steam injection, and after the steam injection is closed, the plunger can be lifted to realize oil extraction.
