The compound balanced pumping unit is designed and developed by SANJACK to address the inherent shortcomings of traditional beam pumps, such as high energy consumption and unsuitability for heavy oil production.

Compound balance pumping unit is designed and manufactured according to sy/t5044-2003 “beam pumping unit” standard. Based on the traditional beam pumping machine, it can keep the original structure unchanged and add the beam tail balance device.
At the same time, the beam tail balance device can change the pumping unit balance mode from simple crank balance to a combination of beam balance and crank balance composite balance.
The unit integrates all the advantages of conventional beam pumping unit and optimizes the balance system to achieve the effect of low peak torque and power saving.
When the pumping unit is working, the torque arm of the beam tail balance device changes with the position of the suspension point, so that the variation rule of the balance torque is consistent with the variation rule of the load torque. By balancing the load twice with beam tail balancing device and counterweight, the working conditions of the pumping unit are greatly improved, the selection grade of reducer and motor is reduced, and the lifting capacity of the pumping unit is increased. Compound balanced pumping unit is widely used in oil fields of our country, which has an energy saving effect of up to 30% compared with conventional beam pumping unit.
