The casing head is used to secure the wellhead, connect the downhole casing string, and reliably seal and control the annular space between the casing strings.  It is an important component of oil and gas wellhead device in oil field.

1).Structural features
The bearing shell adopts forged alloy steel, with high strength, few defects and high bearing capacity.
Mandrel hanger is made of forging, with high bearing capacity and reliable sealing.
All metal parts of the slip hanger are made of forged alloy steel.  The sliding teeth are carburized and hardened.  Unique tooth shape design, reliable operation, high bearing strength.
The valve with dark rod, small switching torque, easy to operate.
Slip hanger and mandrel hanger are interchangeable.
Sleeve suspension: slip type, thread type, sliding welding type.

2). Casing head type：
Single-stage thread type: it can process all kinds of casing thread and connect with the surface casing through the pin*pin nipple, which is quick and convenient to install. The production casing can be suspended by mandrel or slip.

Split double stage type: it can hang three layers of casing, the surface casing can be threaded or sliding into welding type, and the technical casing and production casing can be of slip type or mandrel type.

Slip-type bottom connection casing head: the upper locking screw is used to make the slip tooth clamp the surface casing. And BT-type casing sealing ring is provided, which is firmly connected, convenient, and reliable.

3). Casing head auxiliary tools
Wearing bush
Wearing bush is mainly used to prevent the casing head and the inner cavity sealing surface of the cross from damage by drilling tools during the drilling operation.

On-going tools
Used to take out the Wearing bush.

Pressure test plug
The pressure test plug is located on the inner shoulder of the casing head spool and tests the tightness of the BOP, drilling spool, and casing head through the drill pipe.
