BOP Steam Injection and Oil Recovery Integration Wellhead

BOP steam injection and production integrated wellhead and tree features BOP units installed on all four tubing heads. When replacing the seal of the two-stage smooth rod packing box, only the valve on the BOP device and steam injection line can be closed. There is no need to replace wellhead and tree during steam injection, shut-in, blowout and production, which greatly reduces operating costs and effectively prevents blowout accidents. This product has obtained the National patent of China.
Application
1). Oil and gas Wells mainly used for steam stimulation or other thermal recovery methods.
2). The pressure in the well can be controlled when injecting steam huff and puff.
3). Under high temperature and high pressure, it can seal φ32 or φ38 polishing rod.
