Belt tower pumping unit is specially designed to solve the inherent defects of beam pumping unit. It has the advantages of energy saving, convenient parameter adjustment and long stroke.
1. Main Structure:
1) Frame System
Its main components are upper platform, main frame, front and rear support, large base and cement foundation composed of steel structure. Support the upper platform to ensure maximum stroke of the polished rod.
Installed on the upper platform, it includes motor, drive wheel, guide wheel, coupling, reducer, automatic brake, manual brake, etc., which is the executive part of the pumping unit to transmit torque.
3) Counterweight System
It consists of a weight box (main, auxiliary), slide and pulley block. Accurately adjust the weight of the distribution box and the balance of the rod end to make the machine run smoothly and save energy.
4) Control System
It consists of motor, SR controller, programmable logic controller (PLC) and various operation buttons. It is a stepless speed regulating system, which has the fuction of automatic and manual control mode of equipment and fault display.
5) Safety System
It consists of an up and down (double) limit switch, proximity switch, automatic (manual) brake device, lightning arrester and distribution box buffer pit. The system ensures the overall safe operation of the equipment.
6) Auxiliary system
Load sensor, liquid level detector, monitoring, acquisition system, etc.
