B Type Pumping Unit / Beam Balanced Pumping Unit
The beam balanced pumping unit is designed to meet Intl Standards for pumping unit design requirements. In addition, all the individual components of the unit and the unit as a whole represent the best engineering design, production facilities, quality and field experience.
- Sanjack has been certified by ISO9001, SO14001 and OHSAS18001.
- Sanjack designs according to the principle of combining Intl standards, national standards and users’ views.
Beam balancing pumping unit is a kind of I – level lever system with beam balancing. The beam balancing device can be operated in either rotation direction. The four-bar lever system converts the rotational motion at the crank to the reciprocating motion at the horse’s head, which in turn converts to the downhole pump.
The design of the beam balancing pumping unit meets the requirements of Intl Standards for pumping unit design. In addition, all the individual components of the unit and the unit as a whole represent the best engineering design, production facilities, quality and field experience. When properly installed, maintained and operated within their load and torque ratings, beam balancing units provide years of reliable service.
