Automatic Lubrication of Beam Pumping Unit

Beam pumping unit is extensively used in crude oil exploitation, which is of great significance to artificial lifting. The safety, reliability and long-term operation of beam pumping units are closely related to well output and investor income. In order to realize the stable operation of beam pumping unit, the moving parts must be lubricated regularly and quantitatively. At present, most commonly used lubrication method of beam pumping unit is that workers hold oil grease gun to climb to the lubrication point and manually add grease. The main problems with this operation are as follows:

  • Operations will need to be shut down, so crude oil production will be delayed.
  • Workers need to climb to the upstream beam for manual climbing, which has high labor intensity and obvious safety risks.
  • Grease filling may not be timely or insufficient, resulting in damage to the pumping unit and affecting the service life of the equipment.

 

In response to these problems, Sanjack Petro has developed a new automatic lubrication system for beam pumping units that automatically injects grease into the middle seat bearings, tail seat bearings, and crank pin bearings at a fixed time and amount to solve this field production problem effectively.

CS Series electric lubricating pump

CS series electric lubricating pump is driven by DC motor or AC motor grease pump. This series of lubricating pump has two types: large and small. The pump has high output pressure and 1~3 oil outlets. Each outlet is equipped with overpressure safety protection device and can form independent lubrication system through its own distributor or parallel oil supply as required.
Particularly suitable for progressive dispenser systems and control component dispenser systems. The program controller can deliver grease to each lubrication point quantitatively at regular intervals. So it is widely used in engineering, traffic, machine tools, light industry, forging and other machinery intermittent centralized lubrication system.
SM-F controller
The SM-F controller has the power off time memory function to ensure the accuracy of oil supply to the lubrication system. At the same time, it has the following advantages: excellent protection performance, seismic performance and anti-interference performance which can be used in harsh working conditions.

The working principle of the automatic lubrication device is that the DC motor drives the gear down, the plunger reciprocates through the eccentric wheel, and the lubricant enters the lubrication system through the one-way valve through the oil outlet. Through the process of oil absorption and oil discharge, the lubricant is injected one by one from the oil outlet in the prescribed order through the progressive distributor, and transported to each lubrication point. The process is fully automatic control, easy to operate. It can not only realize continuous oil injection, but also according to the need of regular, quantitative oil injection to fully lubricate

The automatic lubrication system uses a progressive dispenser. According to the lubricating oil amount of different parts such as middle seat assembly, tail seat assembly and left and right crank pin assembly, the flow rate is 2:2:1, the total displacement is 3ml/min, the middle seat is 1ml/min, the tail seat is 1M /min, and the left and right crank pin assembly is 0.5ml/min.

The whole system adopts modular design and can be installed on all beam pumping units. It is convenient to install, transport and operate.
