Multi-inspection, including self-inspection, teammate-inspection and inspector-inspection, shall be done during the machining process of tubing pump parts. Some key points, like the outer diameter of the pump plunger and thread accuracy, shall be 100% multi-inspected. All the tubing pump parts shall be marked with track number by the laser engraving machines.
Recommended for shallow operating depths, RWT API insert pumps are thin-walled, traveling barrel, bottom hold-down pumps recognized by API as a standard design. The plunger assembly is connected to its stationary press, and the plunger assembly is a moving part that moves with the sucker rod string.
As the plunger assembly moves, sand and scale will accumulate around the press without jamming the pump. After restarting the operation, all settling material will be dispersed in the fluid. The outlet point of the fluid is through an open three wing cage, which can prevent any solid material from re entering the pump when the well is shut down and extend the operating life of the internal components.
The valve seat options of the pump include mechanical or cup type for high temperature and mechanical type for simplified well maintenance. Unless major damage occurs, the mechanical hold down device does not need to be repaired, and the cup should be replaced every time the pump is not installed. Both types of hold down follow the same set-up and release procedures, placing the weight of the sucker rod on the pump or lifting it.
API type RWT pumps are thin wall, travelling barrel, bottom anchor design insertable pumps. Available with either 3 cup type hold down (RWTC) or with a mechanical lock hold down (RWTM), RWT pumps are ideal for wells with high levels of particulates due to their travelling barrel configuration, meaning less chance of the pump becoming stuck in the well. Insertable pumps can be removed from the well without having to remove the production tubing.

The type T Rod Pump has the following characteristics:
The locking device is located at the bottom. During operation, the plunger is fixed and the pump barrel moves up and down.
The well fluid can be continuously stirred, and the sand is difficult to deposit on the locking device, resulting in pump jamming.
When the pump stopped, the top valve ball closes the valve seat, and the sand in the oil pipe does not deposit in the pump, resulting in pump jamming. Both the fixed valve and the oil drain valve are open valve covers, with small local fluid resistance, which is conducive to the discharge of well fluid with large sand content.
