Sanjack offers a complete range of one-piece pump barrels for most pumping applications, from mild to very abrasive and corrosive conditions. The barrel is constructed of precision mandrel drawn tubing specifically designed to meet or exceed Intl Standard specifications.

Sanjack can design thin-walled, thick-walled and extra-thick-walled pump barrels according to customer needs. Nominal diameters are 1.06 to 4.75 inches (27mm to 120.7mm) and lengths up to 34ft (10.4m). The barrel material includes high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel or special alloy steel and brass; the inner hole is treated with chrome-plated or nickel-phosphorus alloy.

Chrome-plated pump barrel: uniform coating, strong bonding force, coating hardness up to HV100900～1160, excellent wear resistance and good corrosion resistance, widely used.

Nickel-plated phosphorus alloy pump barrel: The coating is uniform and dense with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
Special material pump barrel: Special material pump barrel can be customized according to customer needs, such as stainless steel, brass, etc.
